Hi Jim, This is may be an addendum, and not original: I used to drill and tap BB's all the time, and then install a Campy toeclip screw as a drain plug, when BB shells weren't perforated - what do you mean by "elaborate"? Cheers, Paul Woloshansky Calgary, Alberta, Canada
