Since I submitted my original post I have had a lot of enquiries about how to contact Bromley Video.

They don't have online shopping, you have to contact them by email and send your credit card information in an email, not exactly a secure way to order.
I don't know if all the videos have no Region Coding, it would be prudent to check before you order.
