Chuck; It sounds like a scam to me and someone elses forwarded a section of either Ebay or Square trades policies which states the following:

"Square Trade is not a division of eBay. Square Trade neither provides escrow service nor facilitates transactions. Square Trade does not initiate emails to prospective buyers".

They were offering a Campag Golden Anniversary group for well under market value. Was too good to be true.
