Mercian, of course, is still in business. They generally have lots of old transfers, including their own and other brands. They were willing to sell me some transfers for another maker at one time, so I presume they will sell their own sets too, but I don't guarantee that. Some builders require or strongly urge you to let them do the refinishing, rather than selling their bare transfers. But it can't hurt to ask, either. Of course if you're willing to mail the frame to Derby, they can take care of everything for you.
