The stem mentioned below is, I believe, a 1970's stem which was only used on Raleigh International's. I do not recal those stems being available to the public on their own or via other bicycle kit - only ever seen them with the recessed nut on Raleigh International's. Just an observation of mine - nothing concrete to back it up. Other recollections?
