Marshall Walter("Major") Taylor competed in France from March to June of 1901. On his second tour in Europe from 1902 to 1904 he competed almost continuously in France,Belgium,Holland,Germany,Denmark,Italy,Austria,England,Australia, and New Zealand. He made a brief "comeback tour in 1907 to Europe and retired in 1910. Truly one of America,s great cycling champions. Art Link, sunny San Antonio,TX
