Although Mr Reynolds is gone, his business is still thriving. I had a pair made last year (to special order in brown at no extra cost) and also bought a pair in black. It's worth giving them a call - the phone number is on the order form you can download from the website. They're very nice people to deal with. I have a pair of the Carnac shoes, and they're nowhere near as good as the Reynolds, IMO.
