The A9 is a roller bearing headset, with cylindrical rollers in a conic-section cage. These ran on conic-section steel races that floated in alloy cups (e.g. see eBay item #7219567109). The B10 was the same headset and bearings with plastic cups, but in my experience these tended to flex too much for my taste. The Delta was the same headset and bearings with thicker alloy cups and O-ring seals -- very nice!

I don't remember seeing any of them until the early 80s.
