I've posted some pix of a Cinelli bar that is milled for internal routing of bar-end control cables. I had never seen this approach before, and it appears to be quit professional. No judgment on the reliability factor, but it sure makes for a clean installation. The bike had Suntour bar-cons with this set-up.
