If I recall correctly, John Phillips of Baltimore, father of Bobby "the Baltimore Bullet" phillips was an alternate on one of the early 20th century Olympic Cycling teams. I poked around the 'net, to no avail, and I'm wondering if anyone has any information on this matter. I've been given the impression that he was part of the 1932 team.
