I've been offered an early 1980s new old stock Hetchins Magnum Opus Deluxe from the U.K., but early 1980s is a bit new for my collection, so I'm passing the word along. I am also not related in any way to the seller.
The frame is being sold by the widow of the original owner, so it is NOS, and never had a gruppo on it. I'm not sure if it is a frame with Vibrant (curly) rear stays or not, but she descibes it by email as-colour black & gold- Size is 22&1/2". I'm not sure if measurement is CC or CT. The Magnum Opus Deluxe is Hetchins top of the line, next to the Millenium which is list on Hetchins site, but I'm not sure if they are still in production. A new Magnum Opus Deluxe out of the UK is listed at $2195.
