Charles & all-

A handsome frameset. There are a few views I would wish to see beyond the ebay listing images, but shown in two of them are some significant points. The image of the rear brake bridge shows to my eye in the larger version that the top coat of yellow is chipped to reveal a brighter color! that and the seat lug image appears to verify a partial respray at least. You probably have or will soon know about the possibility of replacement transfers. The other thing to think about would be how fresh looking would the parts you would compile be? Would they be more in harmony with a cleaned up current finish or better paired with a fresh coat of paint? Lastly, where will it live? In the pump up the tires and ride rack or the eye candy rack?

I would be swayed by the component selection and condition primarily.
