I believe Mike Barry at Bicycle Specialties
http://www.bikespecialties.com/ can supply a TA pisté ring that will
work. I have a 44T on my fixie that I obtained from him. The 5-pin
/Cyclotouriste/ and /Professionel/ rings will also work.
