Its hard to imagine rolling a glued tire at speed. I've seen plenty of people do it but never had the privledge personally, but then I've stuck (heh) with Clements red pretty much for decades now, ever since I DID manage on a hot day in CA to pull a Tubasti-glued tire off bare-handed.
If you've developed the knack for gluing tires without getting schmutz everywhere, why in the world would double-stick tape seem to be a viable alternative?
