The bulletin of answer, to cut out in our No 182 4 the March, will have to be turned over to us by our friends forecasters before 15 April and to be supplemented good numbers 2 and 3 published in numbers 183 and 184 of March the 11 and 18, good number 4 below, and the good number 5 which will appear in number 186 of the 1 April.
