Richard.... the 'bars on the right are the anodised alloy models which GB introduced about 1974 and were, I think, the last new model. These came in anodised gold or silver colour. The silver ones were spec'd for the 1975 Raleigh Team Professional in that year's (really autumn 74) catalogue for the US market and were mated with a ttt Record stem. As for markings, they have the GB logo in a laurel wreath on one side and "Le grande marque du Grande Britanique" in a wreath on the other side.
