Subject: [CR]Questions about a Bertin

Hi All! I've been lurking here for few months and have a few questions about a pair of bikes I've picked up recently. The first bike is an old Bertin. I was able to get that much from the CR website, but I have no way to tell the age or model. At some point it was stripped and Krylon'd red so no markings anywhere. It has Bocama Professional lugs w/ "V" shaped windows, Gargette BB shell w/ Swiss threads, Nervex fork crown w/ 1/2 chromed forks. You can see "DURIFORT" embossed in the steel near the top of the fork, but no other tubing markings. The frame tubing is butted. I've heard that it was common to use Reynolds on the main tubes and Durifort or Vitus for the forks and stays. The dropouts are Campy and the rear spacing is 120mm. The only manufacturer's markings are on the LR dropout. "56" for the frame size and "2558" for the SN# I assume. Currently, it has a mixed bag of Campy GS and Record gruppos. Any Idea on a rough value for a bike like this? I only paid $75, but now have another $200 in wheels and tires into it : ) Total weight w/ lightweight tires is around 21.5 lbs. I really enjoy it, and just don't see anything else iike it out there. The frame looks exactly like this one, but w/out the pump tabs;
