I think if someone rode it, they would keep it whole. The buyer could sell the Juy 543 at most and not miss anything. I have a '51 PH10 and it has a very nice geometry, ride and function for a bike of this era. While Peugeot obviously did not spend all day thinning down the lugs, they built a darn nice bike that set the bar above which the other French builders had to pass if they wanted to sell bikes at a higher price.
My bike has a sticker from a shop in Nice. I think that competing with Peugeot might have inspired Urago to go one or two steps better than the Peugeot.
