Sam, You said this frame had an "S" transfer try Stephens of Southgate, Stokes or F.J.Sanders for the North London Connection. Selbach is decidedly South London. There is a premier club "North Road Cycling Club" (without the S) which was founded in 1885 but as far as I am aware they never used a winged wheel in their badge, its an oval within an oval North Road Cycling Club. Have had a look in their past and present members and can't find anyone with the initials F.A.H. Perhaps one of the veritable VCC experts can answer this one I seem to be answering all these queries on list only to be rubbished off list, that's life but I do get annoyed by XXXXL non cyclists having a dig. Where do the VCC get their jerseys made? Think I have cracked it their old James Grosse cyclists bivouacs! Sorry I am not that much help on this one just like all the other replies.
