Banana_Brain often has obscure Zeus stuff on his eBay store, but I don't see any lever hoods at the moment.
Otherwise, I was able to stretch a set of cheap, third-party Campy replacement hoods on to a set of Zeus levers:

Probably not what you're looking for if you're doing a correct restoration, but for a rider they seem to work.
