I have been meaning to do it for a while but I have just fiddled with the CR list rules, adding some obvious stuff (sometimes things I think are obvious are not at all to a new sign up) and "enhancing" things in general.
I am changing my approach ( I tried this once before) and will copy the entire list when I send requests to folks, new or otherwise, to follow the rules.
Please look and see if I have made some gross errors in spelling or composition (afterall, I am a art major running a bike shop, for crying out loud!)
