Speaking of mid 60's Paramount, I have one.

The <C> headset came and gone late 60's to 1970, which we know it is not older than thick-cup Record set. One I have does not have <C> marked one.

The B/B is British, but mine has steel Stronglite cottered chainset. Some higher grade had older 151 BCD Campagnolo cotterless Record set. My 1969 all Chrome has that set. Shaft is 68-SS, 120 stamped. The pedal set is all steel cage Record.

The hub set is large/high flange Record (scripted), and rim is AVA with blue color diamond logo.

The stem is steel Luxi Titan (?), old logo Cinelli alloy bar. Weinmann RED dot release conterpull.

The last piece, alloy NR rear is wrong, you have to find the heavy steel (bronz) Record with steel round pully mech. This was used till 1968-1969. But as early as 67-68, the new alloy NR might had been equipped? But this would be very rare!

Anyway, 40 years is a long time passed, it is going to be very difficult and expensive to turn back all parts as period correct.
