Hi Amir.

Panaracer Paselas meet your criteria. I guess I should say they come nice and wide, have tan sidewalls, are available wire bead and folding and as far as I know are fine in the wet: <http://www.panaracer.com/eng/products/index_ur.html#b>. Please note that the older version of this tire measured about a size smaller than marked, but current stock should be right on width-wise. Good luck :^)
