Hello,

I am still trying to pin a date to my Cinelli Model B and maybe someone can help me.

The driveside rear dropout is the same as the springhole version except there is NO hole. My 1970 Crescent also has the same dropout. In the 70's the dropout lost the "nipple" shape of where the hole used to go (I guess they figured that they didn't need it, or the old dies finally needed to be re-tooled)

When did the springhole disappear?

Thanks
