That would be an expensive Vitus, but perhaps worth it to a well heeled Kelly fan. Last year, I bought a private-label Vitus frame with minimal from decals from Holland and a bit later a KAS decal set from UK, intending to put together a reasonable approximation of Kelly's machine. The frame never arrived, and after a couple of months, the eBay seller in Holland refunded my money. Ironically, the KAS decals also disappeared in transit, the only shipment from UK I have ever had lost. Perhaps a Kelly fan US Customs inspector pinched the frame, then a couple of weeks later, not believing his good fortune, pinched the decals for good measure. If any of the members in NYC, Boston or other likely points of entry from Holland have a Customs inspector neighbor riding a Kelly replica frame, ask him how he likes it and ask him if he will send me photos.

His home page is accepting bids at US$8,000 (!), but it's also listed elsewhere on his site for US$5,900. The photos show the bike includes a gen-u-ine zephal pump clamp, just like they use in the Tour de France!

The man's a hero of mine, and I loved the photos of him winding up for sprints on straining, undersized Vituses like this one, but sheesh, my mint 979 frame cost me $100.
