Subject: [CR]Age of a LeJeune track bike

Might anyone have an idea of the age of this LeJeune track bike, description as follows: pearl-colored frame, with cutout lugs, red/green/gold tubing labels on seatpost and fork reading "Tecno Tubi Competizione," LEJEUNE written in black with red/white/blue French flag motif on stickers, "RGF" (what might this mean?) in oval stamped into bottom bracket shell. I do not know whether any or all of the components are original, but they include: Tevano crankset, Normandy hubs, Rigida Championnat rims, Italmanubri-ITM handlebars, and a Kashimax Super-Pro saddle. I'm guessing this is an entry-level track bike from some time in the 1980's, but I really don't know about these things. Thank you very much.
