First MUDGUARDS, FENDERS if you will, As I have said before in the 5+years I raced in England, all events in all kinds of weather, MOSTLY WET!!! I NEVER used mudguards, be they the full kind OR the Spearpoint Shortie kind. NOW I had mates that used them to try keep the headset bearings dry??? I never thought it was worth the effort, I allways clead the bloody bike after every event enyhow, I DO think that most Brit vintage bikes look neat with mudguards the full type, but this is up to you, Its your bike dress it the way you want, Cheers John Crump OldevryonesdoingthisnowBrit, Parker, Co.USA PS My son needs vintage shoes size44 for oldstyle cleats, he has been on Ebay they are going for BIG BUCKS, can anyone do him a better deal???
