Subject: [CR] 2nd attempt for "...trade this tall Motobecane frame for something else"

Friends, I apologize for the previous post on this subject. So now, here's the story, presented in a more appropriate format. :-D

I'm not trying to get a new house or anything like that out of this. Please read on for details...

So I have this rather large Motobecane, Grand Jubilee frame. The seat tube is 63cm, center-to-top. The top tube measures 58.5cm, center-to-center. The frame is in very nice condition, with some minor nicks and scrapes. There is a very small amount of rust on the trailing edge of the fork blades. There is some rubber residue (from a pump mount?) on the bottom surface of the top tube. Much of the frame, though, is absolutely pristine.

Here's the URL for some photos. When you get to the gallery, you should not really need to log in, despite whatthe page implies. Just click on the photo of the seat tube.

So here are the sort of things I'd be interested in receiving in trade. (Note: I only expect 1 item from the list, not everything...) - similar sort of frame, in a much smaller size - i.e. 53cm maximum, center-to-top - Stronglight crank puller tool - pair of Sheffield pedals in decent condition - decent bottle of wine - NOS Regina chain, suitable for a 7 speed freewheel - track wheel (or hubs) - anything else of value...

I will not be going to the Cirque, but I think I can coerce one of my friends to bring it down! Otherwise, you can pick it up locally (D.C. area); or if necessary, I can ship it. Regards, Fred Rednor - Arlington, Virginia (USA)
