Congrats on the score, Neill; just picked up a Waterford Paramount myself
(cheaply on eBay, thanks to PDG decals that probably made people think it was an
Asian "series" Paramount.)
Correct on the age - it's an '89 (mine is a '90); technically off-topic for
the list, but definitely KOF. Tubing, if it's an "OS" frame, would be TruTemper
- Japan-built OS Paramounts are Tange. Fork is probably Columbus; mine sports
a prominent Columbus dove on the steerer tube. Check out this link for more
