Ebay has a potential KOF 1997 touring bike by Guido De Bernardi with an interesting comment by the seller linking De Bernardi to Legnano...

"Guido De Bernardi comes from the old school of framebuilding. Back in the 60's, there was not as much money and opportunity in cycling. Accordingly, a frameset was meant to last and deliver performance and reliability at the same time. His early formative years were spent at the Legnano factory, located right between the industrial cities of Milan and Turin. There he was involved in the custom work for Legnano's sponsored professional teams. In the late 70's, Guido DE Bernardi opened his own frame shop."
