I have several Duopars, and as far as I know, the only change after the Sach acquisition of Huret was the nameplate. And I believe the Eco-Duopar was always simply a less expensive model which used steel for the bits which were titanium on the more expensive model. Eco presumably meant "economy", although considering the really nasty environmental effects of producing titanium, one could interpret it as "ecological".

The Sachs-Huret marked derailleur is just a later iteration of the same basic design if I remember my Japanese websites I've lost the URLs for.
