Subject: [CR]Stronglight extractor thread and crankbolt size

I've had several exchanges and eBay transactions recently involving Stronglight cranks. And a question has occurred to me I never thought about before.

As we know, Stronglight switched from their old 23.35 mm extractor thread to the Campy 22.0 mm about 1983. But did they switch to 15 mm crank bolts at the same time, or did they stay with their old 16 mm bolts for a while? As anyone who has ever had to remove a Zeus crank knows, a 16 mm bolt is a very tight fit in a 22.0 mm crank, requiring a thin-walled wrench, but Zeus used this combination for decades, so maybe Stronglight did the same for a while after 1983. BTW does Stronglight or Campy, or anyone else still use 15 mm on modern cranks, or does everyone use 14 mm now?
