David; Peter Mooney is a local frame builder in your neck of the woods and part owner of Belmont Wheelworks., Belmont, Mass where he has his building shop. I'm very familiar with Peter's work, as he used to show up at Larz Anderson every August when we ran the swap meet, and he would always bring a few frames to show. His work should be considered right up there with the top builders in the U.S. As far as being on topic, Peter's work is considered to be KOF, or a keeper of the flame, so it is very much on topic.
