Standard threading is 3x0.5M, although there are some oddballs (mostly French and notably old early 50s and before Campy). Be gentle, as taps are quite brittle and easy to break especially when they're this small. It's a PITA to get a broken tap out of your dropout, but it can be done with a tap extractor.
