Hello everybody, I just bought a Lejeune bicycle , with complete reynolds tubing and campagnolo equipement. The bike has a the Logo lejeune and nice red heart engraved on the bar cinelli stem. According to the seller this bike ran the tour de france beginning seventies , while van Impe was leading the team. Right after the race it was repainted and given by the Lejeune brothers to the father of the seller. It is in great condition despite an awful "bump" in the horizontal frame bar, and a litlle rust on a pedal. Weigths 10, 3 kg, including brooks pro saddle. This bike rides wonderfully and outstands my PR 10 ( except for comfort) I will try, through the seller who is still in touch with the lejeune brothers, to have more info on the vintage lightweight period of Lejeune, wich seems not to have last long.
