Seller pegs it as a '49, and says the frame is under 4 lb

Is Southbend1 a list member? No need to out yourself if you prefer anonymity, just curious.

I have asked seller if the top tube is oversize, kinda looks like it is.

Auction has pics of the joints both with paint on and naked - not something you see every day, will help people who don't know what bi-laminated construction means.
