<< how many attend this event?>>

It is not easy to say because the event is offered is ala carte, i.e., folks can choose to attend just bits of it.

In addition, many aspects are free with no head count...

For instance, Billy Rounds was very much in attendance and even won an award but is not registered for any part.

Furthermore, some uncounted wives & friends attended.

And one swap space could have included many people.

Finally, while technically there was an admission charge, for the most part it was not collected as the 4 seperate doors were not closed and many walked in for free.

Sooooo, my best guess is about 300-400 total bodies floated in and about. Of which maybe half actually contributed to the overhead.

I am still working on the money part to see if we lost $, broke even or had some left over... It's going to be close either way. Anyone who has a good reason is welcome to see the final budget once it's done.. Maybe you will do one of these in your region!? :)
