there has been a couple of people that have made this request and I think they are missing out on a great expose of the approach many on the

list look at bikes, what they value, what particular bikes 'do it' for them- all of the things that seem to be the mission of the list.

whether one likes the idea of judging or not, it can be a fine learning experience to try to figure out why something is chosen or why something

is not. It speaks to the context of the judge, the object and the observ er.

from my point of view as a neophyte, I find it fascinating. the technoweenie stuff I can get from a variety of other sources.
