Okay guys, you've all lost and confused me somewhere amidst all the corrections and date clarifications, etc... So, just to recap the bottom line now... (Please?):

• The BCD for Record ROAD cranks changed to 144 BCD. • Record TRACK cranks ALSO were changed to 144 BCD • This happened for both cranksets at the same time.

1.) This "event" occurred sometime AFTER the printing of the Catalog #15, [the release date of which is not entirely clear], since this printing had still specified both Record cranksets at 151 BCD).

2.) It also took place AFTER release of Nuovo Record derailleurs was first announced (again in, Cat. #15).

3.) The change definitely happened at least by the release of Catalog #16,...

4.) But, the cranksets may have actually hit the marketplace some time earlier.

5.) This accounts for the simultaneous announced reduction in the smallest available ring size for Track set from 46t down to 44t,... and a comparable reduction in smallest available ring size for Road set from 44t to 42t. (both in Cat. #16)

--- Please do correct me if I have any of the above information wrong. I really just want to get the basic facts and a general time frame nailed down. [Whew] ~ Thanks!
