[CR] track bottom bracket question

I see listings for two different Campy Track axles for 110mm rear triangles:

But only one is a steel axle for steel cups, (the other was the Super Record Titanium axle intended for alloy cups). In either case there was a very slight offset. For the steel Record BB the difference is 24.5mm left / 25mm right. BUT, these minor differences shouldn't really make a subtantial difference.

Is the BB definitely 68mm wide?

Are the cups the correct (un-rifled) Record cups for a Track bb?
