I wonder if there might be more than one thread size of TA crank pullers? I tried to remove the cranks off my recent purchase a vintage Jeneut French bike but the puller wouldn't thread in and I didn't dare force it. This was a very lucky purchase for me as it is the same model different colour to my first racing bike. I couldn't believe that I was able to find a bike which was the same as my original racing bike. Enjoy the two photo's. One of me with my original age 13 and another of my nice find. Note the shorts my mother made me with only one leg pulled up to show off my muscle. I forgot to pull the other up or the shorts drooped due to my skinny legs
