As many of you know, I worked with the biggest German De Rosa distributor in the 80's and 90's. There was no such thing as a "standard" frame. Every frame was in some way differetn from every other. Furthermore, within reason, any frame could be painted the way you wanted. The difficulty was in getting exactly what you requested as they weren't always the most responsive. They would also look after special chroming requests where possible. So what makes this truly unique?
