Some details of this frame say Windsor Pro (trio of holes along the top tube, serial number in that location), but the stay-to-dropout details are very wrong...every Windsor I've ever seen has Masi-style cutbacks in those locations.

Maybe the very earliest ones joined the lugs this way, does anybody have a very early example?

i asked the seller if bb shell was stamped cinelli which it wasn't so windsor would be my guess also. kevin ruberg howell nj
