The bike I'm working on(English 1955) has a white seat panel and should have double box lining.Does the lining stop/start at the panel as though it were lined under the panel,or over the panel as though no panel were their? If over the panel should a brake in the lining be allowed for the transfer ,or apply the transfer over the lining?
