Comes off a road bike, made for double chainwheel -- tell us again what makes it track?

Seller says "Hatta make the finest quality BB's and Headsets - used exclusively by legendary framebuilder Nagasawa", but forgot to add "...though this one is nothing like those!"

Could be worse, he might have said "and the BB is made of STEEL, just like Pogliaghi TRACK frames!!!!!!!"

Not saying the seller is dishonest or the part is a bad one, I just thought it was funny.
