I got a pair NOS a couple of years back from WWWCyclery, I think, advertised as q/r cam nuts. They sell a lot on Ebay. Here is a link to their Ebay offerings page, much of it on-topic. They don't have the nuts listed currently, but perhaps if you contact them...

I've noticed that the small fixing nuts (semi-acorn on the earlier brakes, sort of cone shaped on later models) for the Campagnolo brake release eccentrics seem to rust much more readily than other chrome plated Campy bits. Thinner plating? Just too small for an adequate buffing? In any case I'm looking for a pair of shiny ones if any body has some. Purchase or trade. BTW 'rode my new (to me) '82 Masi GC today followed by an approximately same vintage Dave Moulton; very similar rides; the Moulton has beefier forks, Was Dave Moulton building Masis in 1982?
