Hi George,

Neat find. The brake calipers come up at least a couple of times per year on ebay, so I suggest keeping an eye out for them there (I bought a pair that way a few months back). The 1st gen DA brake levers seem a little harder to find - the best I've been able to do lately is the "slotted hole" levers, not the original drilled ones. Be aware that the levers were not anodized black like the calipers.

If you would like to borrow a pair of 2nd gen DA calipers (silver) while waiting to locate the correct ones drop me a line offlist.

All components are 1st gen Dura Ace with the anodized black bits (including the Crane rear). One problem is that he long ago gave away the brakeset.

Does anyone have any pics of one of these so I can see the decals/paint scheme etc? Also, does anyone know where I might find an Apollo headbadge (of the same type that was used on the cheaper BMX bikes of the brand.)

I dont hold much hope for finding black DA brakes but can anyone recommend a reasonable alternative?"
