Sorry Sam, this Brit can't add anything of value re Scott of Ealing, other than I lodged around there for a couple of years in the 1960s. However, my contribution is that it is a good example of how not to sell bikes on eBay. No technical detail worth a damn and poor photographs. All this means that it will go cheap and may be a super bike. Sadly our erstwhile expert on all London frames is no longer available to us. Is everyone on vacation out there? My last post re Falcon, Mavic and Mafac has received no response.
