Since Reynolds seems to be on everyone's minds, I am looking for a 531 steerer tube to repair a Raleigh International fork. The Reynolds tubing distributor has not been particularly helpful so I thought I would ask around.
One inch OD, 7 1/2" (190mm) minimum total length, 1" or so (25mm) of thread.
