Subject: [CR]You folks are too slow out of the gate

By the time folks got to looking at that $12 Puch this morning, the seller had apparently realized his mistake. At 6 AM the price truly was $12! I sat there and looked long and hard as whether to buy it, but thought I'd pass it on hoping a List Member would snatch it up who needed a bike in that size...it was too big for me. I recently bought a Nuovo Record seat post for a $1 Buy It Now on E-Bay. The seller acknowledged that it was his error and sent it along. Question: If you buy such a mis-marked item, is the seller obligated to provide it at
that price?
